Erica Gonzalez is the founder of Layla's Finds and a licensed attorney with a degree from Penn Law and nearly two decades of experience at the intersection of law and talent.
 

Erica's career has taken her across every corner of the legal world. After practicing labor and employment law, she discovered her true calling on the recruiting side — first at agencies, then as an internal recruiter for law firms, followed by corporate legal departments, and most recently, the fast-paced world of startups. The founding of Layla's Finds brings her full circle, returning her to her roots in legal recruiting with a deeper perspective than most.
 

Having sat on both sides of the table — as a practicing attorney, a hiring decision-maker, and a recruiter — Erica brings a rare and nuanced understanding of what clients truly need and what candidates genuinely want.
